This process offers a calm and facilitated environment where parties can work through detailed legal and personal issues with the assistance of an experienced lawyer and mediator. The approach is practical, solution-focused, and may include optional grounding practices such as breathwork and mindfulness techniques to support clarity and constructive communication throughout the day.

The full-day mediation is suited to matters that are:
Complex or multi-layered in nature
Involving significant legal or emotional considerations
At a stage where parties are ready to negotiate in depth and resolve all outstanding issues
It provides the time and structure needed to properly explore options, test solutions, and work toward comprehensive agreement.
What’s Included
Full-day (up to 8 hours) facilitated mediation
Pre-mediation intake and issue clarification
Structured negotiation sessions throughout the day
Support in identifying settlement options and resolving key disputes
Optional nervous system regulation techniques (breathwork and mindfulness) to support calm and focus
Written summary of outcomes if agreement is reached
Areas of Practice
Available Australia-wide via secure video conferencing, or in person on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Brisbane.
We assist with a broad range of matters, including:
Family law disputes (parenting arrangements and property settlements)
Intellectual property disputes
General civil and commercial disputes
Note: This service is not Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) and does not provide Section 60I certificates.
